4.3. Data Security: We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect PHI in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
You agree not to use the Service to:

6.2. Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
6.3. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
6.4. Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
7.1. Your Data: You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data, including patient records and healthcare information.
7.2. License to Us: You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.
7.3. Data Portability: You can export your data at any time in standard formats.
7.4. Data Retention: We will retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Upon account termination, we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMR Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold EMR Dashboard harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12.1. By You: You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.
12.2. By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
12.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data before final deletion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
